This time around VIN+ is keen to showcase its chefs’ proficiency to public in Tasty Synergy, A Chef Collaboration Dinner. Our guest star, Chef Ronald Tokilov along with two VIN+ cooking geniuse Chef Djoko Sarwono and Chef Deni Sugiarto will be working hand in hand to create a selection of delectable masterpiece. As we value Indonesian chefs as well as Indonesian food, the main theme will be about vibrant local flavours with finest ingredients. All chefs are obliged to come out with Indonesian cuisines that suit VIN+ exclusive wine collections.

Let’s have a closer look on this well-versed trio. First of all, introduce our guest star Chef Ronald Tokilov, the master of contemporary Indonesian cuisines. This genius is a chef-cum-owner of CHEF’S ROOM ESPRESSO & KITCHEN, GLAZE GRILL, BALI CARDAMON and D’JUMAH PRIVATE DINING & VILLA. The next one is Chef Djoko Sarwono. A cooking prodigy who has numerous experiences at many five-star hotels in the country before sitting at the helm of VIN+ Arcadia’s kitchen. Last but not least is the executive chef of VIN+ Kemang, Chef Deni Sugiarto. This young cooking expert masters his French and Japanese cooking skill for 5 years in Bali over at Ju-Ma-Na Restaurant & Bar and a couple of notable restaurants in Jakarta few years after.

This delicious event will be staged at VIN+ Arcadia on March 21, 2018. There will be 6-course Indonesian delicacies paired with exclusive wines for only IDR 850.000++. “It is quite a challenge. We need to do some adjustments to the robust Indonesian flavours, without getting it completely bland, to make it go with the wine smoothly. Customers can expect a various sensation in each dish that we prepare as we put together different taste preferences and individual touches into the meal. It’s simply a complete set menu that will satisfy every single guest in the room,” says Chef Deni sugiarto.
