BOTANICA opens its doors this week in Seminyak, Bali.
The talented team behind VIN+ retail stores and restaurants announce that BOTANICA restaurant and bar will open its doors on Thursday 20th December.
BOTANICA is the place for long lazy lunches amongst palm trees in a garden setting, and magical nights in the modern bar and dining room. All embraces Bali’s beautiful breezy tropical weather rain or shine.
Talented Australian chef Brenton Banner has extensive experience working in some of Melbourne’s great dining establishments notably, George Colombaris’ The Press Club and Circa the Prince, under the guidance of Chef Matt Wilkinson.
Since 2014 Brenton has been the head chef and owner of acclaimed Warrnambool restaurant the Pickled Pig. The restaurant has been awarded a Chef’s Hat from The Age Good Food Guide since 2017.
A passion for culinary adventure brought Brenton to Bali and he has immersed himself in food culture of the region.
Brenton’s BOTANICA menu will showcase the best of Bali (and Indonesian) ingredients but interpreted thru a modern Australian filter. The menu pairs perfectly with the broad wine list available from the Vin+ cellars.
